| 1. | We accept bookings
for vehicles in reasonable condition for Detailing and valeting.
Vehicles in poor condition e.g. deeply scratched, dented, rusty,
and abused, etc: may require prior inspection in order to ascertain
the viability of carrying out a full Zymol detail, should this
be the case a full inspection report detailing work required will
be supplied at a cost of £75. |

All bookings will be secured against a valid credit card. |

| 3. | Cancellations: if we are unable to make the
agreed appointment due to weather conditions or circumstances
beyond our control we will attempt to rearrange at a time to suit
you- please ensure we have enough relevant contact information
in order for us to make contact with you. 48 hours prior notification
is required for any cancellations, if any appointments are missed
or cancelled without this notification a surcharge of 20% will
be charged. |

| 4. | We are a fully mobile and self
sufficient unit and require only the keys to the vehicle. Anything
else like large garage or undercover facilities are a bonus should
adverse weather conditions prevail to ensure your Detail can be
carried out on the day. |

| 5. | We can also undertake on request detailing of boats, planes and helicopters too - please ask for a quote. | |
